If you have not yet registered on our website, you can still track your order here using the order number. For further shipping information, please email us. We will respond within 48 hours.
*Please note that all import duties, taxes and import fees are unable to be included in the shipping costs. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Please check with the customs office in your destination country to determine what these additional costs will be before proceeding with your order. Please check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering. We can not grant a refund if your item is in transit. Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays. Once your order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes on the shipping address. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order. For all re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.
